One In, One Out

Reselling your pre-loved pieces is a great way to refresh and refine your wardrobe. To help you select items that are suitable for resale, here are five key guidelines:

1. Wear, Care, Recycle
Take good care of your items. We are selective and only accept pieces in excellent condition. Well-cared-for items are far more likely to find a new home.

2. Think Seasonal
Some pieces sell year-round, but many are seasonal. Bright, summery colours tend to sell best in spring and summer, while darker tones work well throughout the year.

We typically begin accepting seasonal items 2–3 weeks before the new season, depending on the weather.

3. Be Brand Selective
We focus on Scandinavian and contemporary designer brands. Items older than three years, as well as vintage pieces, are generally not accepted.

4. Presentation Matters
All items must be clean and in good condition. Shoes should be wiped, and items with stains, odours or damage cannot be accepted.

Please review your items before bringing them in to avoid unnecessary trips.

5. Leave Tags On
Brand tags are essential for authentication and pricing. Items without tags cannot be accepted.

Our selection is carefully curated, and we reserve the right to decline items that do not fit our selection or current brand list.

Monday - Friday 11am–5:30pm
Sunday 11am - 3:30pm
Closed for hand-ins on Saturdays.
