One In, One Out

Reselling your preloved items is a great way to detox and update your wardrobe. To help you select pieces that we can accept for resale are here 5 key guidelines:

1. Wear, Care, Recycle
Take good care of your items. We are selective and only accept pieces in excellent condition. Properly cared-for items are more likely to find a new home.

2. Think Seasonal
Some pieces sell all year, but many are seasonal. Bright, summery colors sell best in spring/summer; darker tones work year-round. We start accepting seasonal items 2–3 weeks before the new season, depending on the weather.

3. Be Brand Selective
We focus on Scandinavian and contemporary designer brands. Items older than three years or vintage pieces are generally not accepted. Check our preferred brands here.

4. Presentation Matters
All items must be clean and in good condition. Shoes should be wiped, and items with stains, odors, or damage cannot be accepted. Review your items before bringing them in to avoid unnecessary trips.

5. Leave Tags On
Brand tags are essential for authenticity and pricing. Items without tags cannot be accepted.

Remember: we only sell what we love! Our selection is carefully curated and we reserve the right to say no if we assess that the item does not fit our selection or current list of brands. 

Hand-in Hours are
Monday - Friday 11am–5:30pm
Sunday 11am - 3:30pm
Closed for hand-ins on Saturday.
