Tú a Tú - Secondhand operates on a consignment basis, reselling carefully selected pre-loved items from designer brands on a 50/50 commission. Here’s how it works:

1. Submit Your Pieces
Bring in your items for review. We select pieces based on brand, condition, season, and style to fit our store. Preferred brands are listed here.
Hand-ins accepted: Monday–Friday 11am–5:30pm. Sunday 11am–3:30pm. Closed on Saturdays.

2. Pricing
We price items at 40–60% off retail depending on condition and season. You receive 50% of the final sale, paid out to your bank account.

3. On Display
Your items will be on display in our store for 4–6 weeks. You’re welcome to contact us for updates anytime.

4. Payment
After the sales period ends, your 50% share will be transferred to your preferred bank account within 10 bank days after notification of your hand-in closure.

5. Returns
Unsold items must be collected within 10 days of notification. Items not collected will be donated, unless prior arrangements are made.
