TÚ A TÚ - SECONDHAND is based on consignment, which means we resell preloved secondhand items on a 50/50 commission deal. 

Our concept is pretty straight forward and here's how it works...

1. SUBMIT YOUR PIECES... 

Bring in the items you wish to sell in our shop. We will carefully review your pieces and assess them based on brand, condition, season and style to fit our shop.

We accept hand-in's Monday - Friday 11am - 5.30 pm and Sunday 11am-3.30pm.
Please note that we do not accept hand-in's on Saturdays.

2. PRICING... 

After selection we will price your items together. We price items around 40-60% off retail price depending on condition, season and style. You will receive 50% of the total sales price when the sales period of 4-6 weeks comes to an end.

3. WAITING GAME... 

Your items will be on display in our shop for 4-6 full weeks. During this time we will not be in touch, but you are more than welcome to contact us if you want a status on your sale or if you have any questions.  

4. PAYMENT...   

As soon as your sales period of 4-6 weeks comes to an end your 50% share of the total sale will be paid out to you. Please note that we do not pay out money every time a piece is sold, but only once as a total payout to your bank account when your sales period comes to an end. Please note that it can take up to 10 days after your sales period ends before the money is in your account.  

5. RETURN OF ITEMS NOT SOLD... 

If some items have not been sold you will receive an email or text message notifying you to come and collect your items within 14 days. Please note that if you do not collect your items within 14 days, they will be given to charity. If you are away or not able to collect within 14 days, please contact us by email or phone and let us know.
