Tú a Tú - Secondhand operates on a consignment basis, reselling carefully selected pre-loved pieces from designer brands on a 50/50 commission. 

1. Submit Your Pieces
Bring in your items for review. We select pieces based on brand, condition, season, and style to fit our store. Examples of preferred brands can be found here.

Hand-ins accepted: 
Monday–Friday 11am–5:30pm
Sunday 11am–3:30pm
Closed for hand-ins on Saturdays.

2. Pricing
Items are typically prices 40-60% below retail, depending on brand, condition and season.
If items are not priced at the time of hand-in, we will send a price proposal via SMS within a few days for approval. To encourage sales, we recommend a 20% price reduction after approximately 4 weeks. Any reductions will always be agreed upon with you. 

3. On Display
Items are displayed in the store for approximately 5-6 weeks.
With our system, consignors can easily follow their sales and payouts via the FleaLover app. 

4. Payment
You receive 50% of the final sales price. Sales are collected monthly (1st-31st) and your share is automatically transferred to your bank account during the first week of the following month. 

5. Returns
Unsold items must be collected within 10 days of notification. Items not collected within this period will be donated to charity, unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
