www.tuatu.dk is primarily a secondhand webshop with curated secondhand clothes, accessories and shoes. Our selection on tuatu.dk also contains new and unused items. Under product description you will find that the item is either tagged with 'New and unused item' or 'Pre-owned item'. All items have been carefully selected and have undergone a quality check. But – since a large amount of it is secondhand – you can’t expect your purchase to be as new. We therefore advise you to have this in mind, when you shop secondhand at tuatu.dk. Although you will find items on this webshop with original tags still on them, they are labelled secondhand (pre-owned) items despite their mint and 'as new' condition.

We always do our very best when checking and reviewing secondhand items for flaws or defects and we aim to describe the condition of the items to the very best of our ability. If the unfortunately event should occur and you receive an item with some kind of fault or damage not described under the product description, please do not hesitate to make use of your 14 days return policy.

If an item has visible flaws (but a flaw that we don’t consider being detrimental to the quality) we will always write it in the product description. We also provide every style with descriptions, material and size (when we are sure about it - sometimes care label or sizing is missing). 


Since a large selection of items on this webshop are pre-loved secondhand items, we usually do not have more than one of each item in stock, unless stated otherwise. However – if an item is sold out, you are welcome to email us with a request of an item similar to the one there’s sold out and we will notify you, if we get something similar or if we get the item(s) back in stock.

Please also be aware that the item is not yours until paid for. It is not enough to just add the item to your shopping cart. If several customers add the same item to their cart, it is the customer that firstly goes to the payment page and completes the purchase that gets the item.


If you see something you like, that unfortunately is sold out, please do not hesitate to contact us and get on the waiting list if the item should be returned to us and ready for sale again. If this occurs and your item will be available again, you will receive an email notifying you.


Once you have added the item(s) that you wish to purchase you may proceed to check out. Before you are able to check out you need to accept our Terms and Conditions. After accept, you may review the item(s) in your cart, update quantities, remove item(s), return to the product detail page or continue shopping. When you are ready to place your order continue to payment. 
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation by email. The purchase amount will be withdrawn as soon as your payment has been approved and the items have been selected from our stock and we are ready to ship your order.
Your order will be shipped directly from our shop in Copenhagen, Denmark and you will receive a shipment confirmation with your personal tracking number, which makes it possible for you to track your parcel from our doorstep to yours. Please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipment confirmation email after placing your order.


We dispatch parcels Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Delivery time is between 1-4 business days for Denmark depending on your location. 
Within Denmark we ship via PostNord, Bring and DAO.

We ship to the EU and Worldwide (selected countries only) via FedEx and services from UPS. Delivery time for orders shipped to the EU/World is 1-10 business days depending on your location.

Orders submitted before 12pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed later are dispatched on the first coming shipment day. This applies only to business days, which are Monday to Friday excluding Danish public holidays. Delivery times are estimates and should be used as a guide. We send all orders as packages, which makes it possible to track them in the event of any problems. In the circumstance of delays caused by any of our carrier companies, tuatu.dk cannot be held responsible.

We always pack everything carefully, in order to reduce the risk of possible damage. Should the package or the content be damaged upon arrival please report it to the carrier company immediately, or no later than two days after receiving it. Then return the purchased items to us. tuatu.dk is not responsible for any items damaged during transportation. 

If we are unable to deliver your package, according to your chosen delivery option, it will automatically be returned to our shop in Copenhagen.
If you entered a wrong address during check out and that's the reason for the return you will be charged for the delivery fee.

Upon receipt we hope you will enjoy your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, we gladly accept returns. 

tú a tú does not refund costs for shipment in case of return.

You have 14 calendar days to return your order, beginning from the day you received it. Please note that if you selected a ParcelShop for the delivery of your order, the withdrawal period starts the day it was delivered to this pick-up point. If you use our IN-STORE COLLECTION service, the withdrawal period starts the day you collect the order. Please note, that after placing your order you have 5 calendar days to pick up your parcel from our store. 

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to change or cancel your order, once it is confirmed. Instead please accept the parcel and return it to us for a full refund. Please notice, that you can not cancel your order by refusing to accept your parcel upon delivery.

Before returning your item(s), we kindly ask you to fill out the Return Form, which has been provided by us, and include it in the return package. Return packages without a filled in Return Form will not be accepted. If you for some reason is missing your Return Form in your parcel, please contact us on (+45) 4110 8060 or email webshop@tuatu.dk

We recommend that all orders are returned as packages to ensure that they arrive safely with the ability to be tracked. Please note that you are responsible for the return expenses as well as the package until it has been returned to us. Please keep your postage receipt as a proof that the package was sent. 

Once we have received the return-item(s) and checked that the state of the item(s) live up to our return requirements (see requirements below), we will credit the amount to the same card used for the purchase.

Item(s) must be returned in the same condition as when received with tags on.
Swimwear must be returned with tags on and the original hygienic protective strip still intact. 
Footwear must be returned with tags on, dust bag and original shoe box (if provided) as these are considered part of the product.

If you wish to return the item(s) in our shop in Jægersborggade you are welcome to drop in during our opening hours. Please return the item(s) to the staff in our shop and they will provide you with a written acknowledgment that you have returned the item(s). Please notice that you also, when returning in our shop, need to enclose a completed Return Form.

Returns will not be accepted after 14 days from the date of receipt.

With international returns, buyer pays for full return shipping cost under the same guidelines as domestic purchases.

When your return has been received by us, you will be notified by email. You will receive a full refund within 14 days from receipt, in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase. We only credit the card that was used to purchase the item(s) in order to limit the use of stolen credit cards.

At tuatu.dk we accept the following cards:

Visa/Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro

All prices are indicated in Danish Crown, DKK and include a 25% Danish sales tax/VAT. This does not apply to our secondhand items (the Special VAT Margin Rules apply for secondhand items in Denmark).

If your order is placed from a EU-country you will have to pay the Danish sales tax/VAT but no customs fee. This is according to customs policies regarding sales within the EU.
www.tuatu.dk is not responsible for any fees charged by customs in the country where the order is shipped to. The carrier will contact you in case of any extra charges or customs clearance. This might delay the delivery. Please be advised that it is your responsibility to pay for these extra charges.

tuatu.dk reserves the right to change prices of the products sold. The prices of the products will, during the time of placing an order, be valid throughout that specific process.

tuatu.dk cannot be held responsible for any currency changes or currency exchange rates any bank may have when exchanging DKK into any other currency.

Although we do our best to display correct images, correct colors, info and prices, errors may occur. Due to the color settings of your computer, the colors of the items shown in the pictures can differ slightly from their actual colors.

All merchandise is covered by The Danish Sale of Goods Law, giving you 24 months to complain about an item. As a customer you can complain about defects and deficiencies that arise within 24 months of the purchase. However, if the defects, deficiencies, or wearing are due to negligent use, a lack of maintenance, or simply because of normal wear and tear, then your right to complain is renounced.
